  2. If you are not local to the Melbourne metropolitan area, can you independently organise truck(s) with a lift to collect the goods directly from this location?
  3. If you are not local to the Melbourne metropolitan area, can you cover all costs associated with collecting the goods directly from this location?
  4. Can you coordinate with the donor to arrange a collection/delivery time that suits both parties?
